Cohort 11 of the Young Political Leadership School Africa, Moronvia, Liberia, was attended by fifteen young Nigerians who are part of the Nottooyoungtolead initiative, under the direction of Executive Director Elvis Akpobi.

Victor, a developing learner at Centennial College, striving to inspire younger generations , He is a YPLSA Young Political Leadership school Africa alumnus and a participant in the last cohort of the Nottooyoungtolead initiative International Leadership bootcamp that took place in Asaba Delta state Nigeria.
